Riyadh - Mubasher: Arabian Internet and Communications Services Company (solutions) announced Riyadh Saeed Muawad and Haithem Mohammed Alfaraj as the Chairman and Vice Chairman, respectively.
The general assembly approved the new appointment for a new board term that started on 22 December 2025, according to a bourse filing.
The new official will be in the position for four years until 21 December 2029.
Last November, solutions penned a SAR 261.86 million agreement with Digital Data Centers for Data and Telecommunication Company (Center3).
